Like many philosophical and theological questions, this is one that can be well informed by science. For our lives to be on an infinite loop means they are repeating. This requires a deterministic universe--one that, given an identical starting condition, will always repeat the same set of events every time.
However, the Heisenberg uncertainty principle tells us that there is real, genuine randomness in nature. This precludes any possibility of a deterministic universe. Thus, even if there were some mechanism by which the universe could reset itself back to the same starting point, each iteration would be unique from all the others, with events unfolding differently every time.

can honestly tell you that i know for 100% certainty that our life is not a loop, but a never ending line. We will not loop back and around the same cycle but continue to grow stronger and wiser as the years pass, we will be never ending. An infinite life of eternity in which we will be all powerful and be able to create worlds with out end. When we die, it is not a spiritual death, but only temporary physical death.... We WILL one day rise again, we will ALL be ressurected. That is fact. we will all be immortal, the question you have to ask your self, is what kind of immortality do you want to have, one that has the glory of a hero or god, or one that has lots but not everything. . . .
but yes, our lives are far from over, becuase there is no ending.

Well, not necessarily, the universe is expanding, but when it reaches it's limit, it goes back a bit. That's what scientists think though, it's not known if the universe has even a limit, for all we know it could be a circle, so if you were to walk from one end to the other you would be back where you were before.
