As far as your actual question Goes. I‘m not an expert on opiates but I cant say I’m surprised to see you notice the return of pain when you stop your opiate use. Other opiate withdrawl symptoms might happen as well If you are already on your way towards an addiction.

For answering the question, mixing opiaten suchs as tramadol mixing with oxcycontin is absolutely n o t a goed solution for ending the pain in where ever you want to do so..especially tramadol must not used together with otter opiates.
Doing so, is very dangerous!
For being wellicht informated abortus this matter, ask your doctor abortus this mix...
About addiction I can tell you, own experiance, that oxcycontin is a medicament That very fast is leading to addiction.
I do not know, how many you take from this stuff, and, how you have found the way of mixing these both medicaments?
I have never heard from someone else this way of using painkillers, but what I do know, is the fact that tramadol must never be taken together with other opiates. For sure!
Talk with your own doctor.
That is the best advice we can geven you!

Most of the time i was taking 3 different opoids together including tramadol but the thing is, opoids or opiates are always addictive and never really for long term chronic pain like some doctors claim..... It's all a scam the Cotin version of oxy may be long acting but not like the way they claim and you will always get a tolerance and increase the dose untill the shit's gonna kill you.... Also mixing diffrent opiods together is verry dangerous. Chronic pain is awfull but i rather take kratom for pain instead of opoids it's way better for long term use.....
Is een oud topic zie ik maar dacht reageer nog even, in het engels

Opiods are just a temporary fix for pain related issues. After a while your doctor might not want to prescribe you something heavier nor increase your dosage to keep up with your tolerance. So you'll try to find something else to manage your pain. That's how a lot of people fall into a heroin addiction. A lot of them don't want to be addicted but are desperate to do anything to stop the pain. Be careful before you go down this rabbit hole. There's no permanent fix to stop your pain, it's all temporarily.
