"How do you take the Aromatic Powder, do you just dissolve it in water and drink it or do you warm it up before you drink it?. From what I heard warming it up should make it stronger and more intense, but could anyone confirm that? Sorry for writing in english, but unfortunately I don't speak dutch."

"I did not understand everything you said, but I had similar problem after being 3 weeks permanently high on mephedrone. Then when I decided to stop, I had a week of withdrawal symptoms which included sleep paralysis and most of the things you suffer from...However I said 2 weeks clean and everything became ok again...However, some time later I was on meph 3 days in a row and then I had exactly the same problems again. I did some research on that and it is caused mainly by sleep deprivation and serotonin depletion. If you stay clean for couple of weeks, you should be completely fine."
