Deels mee eens, maar GHB is een 'gelijkaardig' soort zout dat al aanwezig zit in het lichaam. En antidepressiva kunnen best gecombineerd worden met Lithium, mits een goede opvolging. Ik heb het 3 jaar gedaan.

Ok, het is niet makkelijk. Het vergt veel opzoekingswerk en een goede verstandhouding met je psych. Maar als je daartoe bereidt bent kan er nog veel. Zo maken mijn MDMA sessies deel uit van mijn therapie, kan ik gerust keta proberen en rook ik elke avond al 15-20 jaar 1 joint, omdat zowat alle in- en doorslapers bij mij niet werkten.

Waar het schoentje wringt is de verslavingsdrang bij bipolairen. Die ligt veel hoger dan bij andere mensen. Dat maakt dat ik zeer gestructureerd omga met mijn druggebruik. Apps, schema's, urenlang lezen, je naasten,... En dat werkt voor mij. Ik zeg Mij, omdat ik niet kan praten over anderen, hieromtrent. Wat werkt voor mij werkt misschien niet voor een ander...
